Oh well, i just tried my luck on this - 3rd PAGCOR National Photography Competition. A first time for me. I submitted two photos in the mobile category:

Fascinating boats ashore the Apatot white sand beach in San Esteban Ilocos Sur. It may not be as well known as Boracay, but is sure is as beautiful.

BUT, i didn't carefully read the instructions. I enhanced the colour of the photos in my computer which isn't allowed. And what's submitted cannot be changed. So I'm sure, these pictures i submitted will be disqualified. There's always next time, I'll try my luck again.
